Olamide reveals the venue for OLIC 2017

Barely a week after the successful release of his seventh studio album; Lagos Nawa, Olamide is making another remarkable move that in every way cements his position as the hottest and most influential rapper in
Nigeria.

Baddo has just announced that the fourth edition of his annual headline concert ‘Olamide Live In Concert (OLIC)’ will be moving to a new venue – a much more bigger venue!
The previous editions were held at the 6,000 capacity Eko Hotels Convention Centre in Lagos which was quite a massive venue but not large enough to contain the multitude who come out annually to witness the event. Over the years, fans have complained of their inability to witness the show as the venue is usually packed even before the show kicks off.

Olamide has heard the complains of his fans and has decided to move the event to a venue that is four times bigger. The rapper has just announced that the 2017 edition which is slated for 17th, December will be held at the Teslim Balogun Stadium – a 24, 000 capacity stadium in Surulere, Lagos.
This move comes after fellow rapper Phyno shutdown a 22 thousand capacity stadium in Enugu.

Olamide is pushing the boundaries and proving that he is indeed the king of the streets.
